When golfers are preparing to hit the links, they need to make sure their equipment is in good working order.
The 2018-19 season saw some upgrades to golf carts, with the Golf Cart Exchange (GCE) adding more and better carts for golf clubs and carts in a bid to make the game more accessible.
A major update to the Golf Links Course Course is also in the works and it’s expected to be a major improvement to the game as a whole.
The 2018-2019 season saw an increase in golfers participating in the sport.
The numbers grew from 3,903 to 4,664 during the 2019 season.
The number of players participating in golf rose from 8,813 to 9,973.
This year’s growth was particularly dramatic for women.
While the number of women playing golf jumped from 784 to 1,569, the number who participated in the game grew from 2,746 to 3,897.
The biggest growth in the golf community came from the recreational side of the game.
Golf course builders and the players themselves were able to improve the infrastructure at their golf courses to make it more enjoyable for all players.
A number of new golf courses were opened and the number participating increased from 1,946 to 2,097.
While there was a slight decline in the number taking part in the club, there was an overall decrease in the amount of golfers who took part in golf this year.
However, the growth is still slow.
The average number of golf courses in the United States has more than doubled over the last 15 years.
With the number growing, there is no way to predict what the future will bring for the sport of golf.
It could be even worse.
If you’re one of the golfers looking to get into the game this year, you might want to take note of the changes in 2018-2020.
